I started writing this novel in 1992 when I thought “It won’t be long before they start stealing elections! What will that look like? The common ground is our interest in our health and that of people we love. That will unify a lot of people.” The novel was so blunt and hard hitting in 2000 when I completed it that I knew I could never get a traditional publisher until I toned it down. So I scrapped it. When the novel proved to be so wonderfully prophetic—predicting stolen elections, Joe Biden as president and political unification under the banner of holistic health—I self-published it in its incomplete form. When readers told me how much they learned about holistic health and chiropractic in it, I knew I had to polish it so that it was tighter and self-respecting. The first edition is interesting in its own right. Hence, the first edition and the Author’s Revised Edition. This is the first public health versus institutional corruption novel and I believe it will remain strong among any followers that I hope will come because we, the human race, needs so much help in this arena.
